I absolutely love everything about my entire experience with D Luxe!

I'm so indecisive, so I wasn't sure which unit I should purchase, D was very helpful, patient, and pleasant with assisting me throughout the process. I was also last minute with ordering, however D assured me it was ready and she would be able to install for my appointment which was in two days!

When I arrived to my appointment, D was just as pleasant as she was in the DM. She greeted me with a warm welcome and asked about my hour drive to the salon🥴😂 The unit looked exactly as it did on the website, it's so full y'all! I have so many units and only purchase the best. This unit is definitely in my top 2! And it AINT 2!

The install was quick and also top tier! She asked if I liked it or wanted anything changed. I loved everything about it, her asking sets her apart alone. She even provided me with maintenance tips.

I can't wait to purchase more units and book more appointments. New Client locked in!🙌🏽✨😘
